Hey Idexonauts! Last week we released some open source contracts for LinkedNFTs, Consumable SBT Coupons and Spendable Voting by NFT Holders. Some things to notice about that release: 🔹LinkedNFTs: We will be launching new community and users SBTs soon and using this linked functionality to build a long-term community and users records that will unlock new utility over time. 🔹Consumable SBT Coupons: We will soon launch this contract and add several consumable idexo products that people can buy using the $IDO token, unlocking a new utility for the token. 🔹Spendable Voting by NFT Holders: We will soon launch the first contract of this type (along with UI for using it) that will be voted by our Stakers and will have a deposit of 1.25M $IDO tokens (1.25% of total supply), for the purpose of proposing, voting and executing on programs that grow and support the idexo community. There will be some restrictions on the size per project reward and we anticipate that preference will be given to projects that accept their reward as a locked stake of tokens (with a UI option facilitating that). As we learn from this first pool and its usage we will launch more such pools for different purposes, with Stakers as the voters. There are a few more announcements coming quickly in the pipeline. Hey Idexonauts! We’re happy to formally announce that we will be participating in the Beta track for Web Summit this year in Lisbon and exhibiting one month from today on Friday November 4th. Hey Idexonauts! It’s been a while since our last announcement - the team has been VERY busy with some VERY important things we can’t wait to share with you. We have a lot of info to get you caught up on. Here are some immediate highlights: 🔹August Staking Rewards: Yesterday we distributed August rewards to IGSPv2 Stakers. Apologies for the delay we were getting our automated systems set-up. From now on rewards should get processed on the 1st of every month (for the previous month) without delay. 🔹Solana MultiChain Gang Mint: We ran into an issue on our Solana MultiChain Gang mint in that Solana addresses were not being processed correctly from Telegram. In fairness to those doing it that way, we halted the minting until we could announce a change (the first 18 were minted before then). Hey Idexonauts! Staking in the new IGSPv2 pool is now enabled! For those who haven’t transferred their stake yet from the old pool, not to worry - you can still do that. We have a number of lower stake ids remaining to move you to, therefore you will be moved to one of the available ids with your old stake amount added on that stake id (in addition to any milestone rewards that were pulled forward). If you contact us, we can let you know available ids and you can pick, otherwise it will be picked for you. Happy Staking!

Hey Idexonauts! The new IGSPv2 has launched! 🥳 You can now use the UI to begin transferring your old stakes for new ones. Note: When using the form for transferring there is a small delay between clicking on the box and seeing your tokenids, and then a delay again between selecting a tokenid and your click on the transfer button registering successfully. Make sure to let one of the admins know if you would like to bundle them into 1 and which ones you are bundling. Also, if you would like to move to a lower token id, we have a few available on a first come, first serve basis. These were token ids that were burnt in the old pool and that we’ve reserved with a small deposit and will top up to match your stake. Staking in the new pool is disabled for now as we get people moved over and try to get people their old tokenids. We expect to have staking enabled again within a day. Happy Moving! 🚀

Hey Idexonauts! We have some more changes in the next IGSP that you should know about. We’ve outlined them in the following post. Here are some highlights: 🔹Change in fees share percentage: With broader external markets being what they are, it’s important for the project to reach sustainability. An 80% fees share is simply unsustainable and thus we are changing it to 50%. The high fee share failed to create an intended demand effect and mostly led to too much value leaving the system too soon in the project’s history. At the same time, we have strong demand for our products and need to have the flexibility to invest in growth (which ultimately should result in higher overall rewards even with the lower fee share). 🔹Guaranteed reward size (backstopped by IDO): To balance the above, and to reward those continuing to stake with the project, we are creating a guaranteed reward to remove reductions in overall reward and create continued reward in case of any bumps in the road ahead. In any months where total rewards added in USDC are less than the previous 12-month average, then we will add IDO rewards up to 125K IDO, and prorata the IDO provided based on any miss (e.g. 65% of average reward added would mean 43.75K IDO reward added, in addition to the USDC reward). 🔹Milestone rewards moved forward on locked stakes: Since locked stake periods of annual or tri-annual are longer than the milestone reward period, we will add the rewards to the stake amounts when the transfers are made. There are no more milestone rewards available for new stakers - this applies to stakers in the old pool (i.e. token id 208 and lower). We encourage you to read the full post on all the details of the new pool, its features and how to transfer your old stake to new.

Hey Idexonauts! A quick update regarding the IGSP changes and vote and some other things we are working on. 🚀Preliminary results: it seems the move is a very popular one and voting so far looks like a resounding yes! Given that we are starting to make preparations already. Assuming a yes vote we will make the accumulated annual rewards available this Friday the 16th of June. 🚀Decentralized proposals / voting / spending for community incentives: We are working on an updated voting contract with proposal making, voting and spending features. We should have it ready in time for the new IGSP contract. Making proposals will be open to any holders of nfts that are staked annually or tri-annually and voting will be open to any holders of nfts staked tri-annually. When a proposal is made it includes things like what is being done, what the $FIDO award is and what wallet the award will go to, as well as whether the task is pre or post-funded. Post-funded tasks will have an on-chain review mechanism as well. We will post more details on this when the contract and UI are ready. The first deposit into this contract will be 208,333 $FIDO and no proposal can spend more than 20% of that. The intent is to provide a way for the community to source and reward proposals that help grow awareness of idexo’s fee-generating products and services and thus ultimately lead to an increase in rewards to stakers and overall network value greater than the value of the disbursement of $FIDO. We have 2 more big announcements coming tomorrow and Thursday - 👀stay tuned for those⏰!

Hey Idexonauts! We’ve had 8 months now to work through staking and we’ve learned a few things on how we could improve. We wrote about it in this post on what changes will be made for Year 2 and also how you can vote (if you are an IGSP staker) to make those changes early, since we have had very positive feedback about them. Hey Idexonauts! Last week we had a great week of announcements and some really positive responses. On the IGSP side though we had a disappointing month in that no new fees were added. We were waiting until the last minute as there were various possibilities. We had expected much better results though the month was difficult in general for crypto projects. We are looking good for June and expect it to be much better. In the meantime and given the strong staking growth we have had, we have decided to issue a special reward in $IDO for those who were staked for the whole month of May (not only IGSP, also in our other pools). These will be issued as locked stakes (i.e. the stakes earn and can withdraw $USDC rewards, though the underlying $IDO stake can’t be withdrawn until June 30, 2023). For the IGSP pool the reward for the total pool (i.e. shared by stakes in the pool) is 125,000 $FIDO. For the ISIP pool it is 6402 $FIDO (distributed as $IGSP locked stakes) and for the ITIP pool it is 1351 $FIDO (ditto).
